Pottery Classes & Creative Childcare in Devon

Art Creations is run by Giulia from her home in Buckfastleigh, on the edge of Dartmoor offering a warm, friendly home pottery studio.

This is your time to enjoy a unique workspace and an environment that is dedicated to creating a passion for inspirational art. Come and be inspired, learn and develop new skills, with the opportunity to be involved.

Pottery Workshops

Fun pottery workshops for adults, families and groups are available. They are cost-effective with a minimum of two sessions. Art Creations offers a space where adults can work alongside their children. The pottery studio is a friendly, artistic space where participants can create their own artwork and are able to share activities with their families and friends. Participants are encouraged to be inspired by nature and to appreciate the endless possibilities of clay.

Creative Childcare

A specialist arts & crafts Ofsted Registered childcare setting. Creative childcare is offered for 4 – 16 year olds, specialising in pottery and allowing children to explore their creativity. We offer local school pickups and we ar registered with the Tax-Free Childcare scheme. View our current Ofsted report.  

Nature Play&Clay CIC Creative Garden Project

The development of a community interactive, educational and inspirational garden in Buckfastleigh for all age groups. Nature Play&Clay CIC is running a project called Creative Garden. This garden will be a creative space with pottery firings, outdoor cooking and nature exploration to enjoy alongside Art Creations. Come and help create a fun, interactive garden full of activities set in a backdrop of a nature-rich environment. Find out more about the Creative Garden project.

Giulia the Artist

Giulia is an established ceramic artist who is passionate about bringing nature-inspired art to all. 

Giulia works from her home studio creating a range of nature-inspired pieces. Taking inspiration from driftwood, sea-glass, slate, and willow from her local surroundings Beach foraging and her own garden to create her unique ceramic pieces.
